• All the returns must be attached to the return form.
  • The original invoice and original tag(s) must be attached.
  • All refunds will be made in the form of the same payment card you provided while purchasing.
  • Any shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the order shipment date on items in the original condition - unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Products must be returned with the original invoice and with all tags attached to it, in their original packaging materials also.
  • Shipping products back to our facility is at your own expense, using the shipping carrier of your choice.
  • Returns will be processed within approximately 2 weeks.
  • We are not responsible for damage to the product due to shipping & handling, regular wear & wash.
  • At the moment, that you receive defective or wrong items, please contact us on our email support@kiltkits.com with details and we’ll gladly start an investigation.
  • Returns may take 15 business days to process. Once the return has been approved, an exchange or refund will be processed.
  • Please NOTE, refunds may take 5-10 business days to refund back into your bank account according to your bank.
  • Please make the important arrangements to be present at the time of delivery, because we aren’t responsible for stolen/lost orders that show as delivered.
